scGestaltv2 barcoding protocol published

We have published a detailed step-by-step protocol describing our updated lineage barcoding method, scGestaltv2. This optimized protocol enables higher CRISPR barcode recovery from single cells and describes improved dissociation of zebrafish brain tissue resulting in improved cell viability and concentrations for scRNA-seq experiments.
